Traditional turn of the century villa located at the bottom of Avenue de Grasse next to the Eden studios. 5 minutes walk to the Palais,6 miutes to the Croisette and two sandy beaches. This is a quiet,one-way street with a path across the road leading to Rue Louis Blanc and Marché Forville (3 minutes walk).
